Hostel Podoli Block F,C is situated in quiet residential part of Prague, only 5 minutes from the city centre by underground and just 4 metro stations from main train station. The closest underground station is called “Prazskeho povstani” – red line C.
We offer accommodation in clean and newly furnished single and double rooms with washbasin in the room to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable one (bedlinen included in the price). The showers (free hot water) and toilets are also after renovation and are shared on corridor for a few rooms.
Reception is opened 24 hours.
The hostel Podoli offers one of the cheapest accommodation very close to the historical city centre, easily reachable by metro during day and by tram (number 53) during night – the tram goes every 30 from Lazarska street in the city centre and the journey takes only 15 min.
If you do not like to go to the city centre to enjoy night life you can visit student night club in block A. There is also small shop and sport area for basketball and football for small fee.
You can park your car in front of the student campus for free (unguarded parking on the street) or park in guarded parking for some fee (120 CZK/night).
Although the hostel Podoli cannot arrange breakfast for you, you can help yourself in our kitchen which is on each floor (please bring your own dishes) or enjoy breakfast in restaurant Sklenik which is on your way to the metro station just a few steps from the hostel.
Hostel Podoli Block F was renovated in March 2008, Blok C was renovated in 2005. It is situated in the student area of the Czech Technical University.
In the price is not included city tax, which is 15,-CZK per adult (18-70years old) person per night. This tax do not pay school groups, sport groups and people on working stay.
